Whilst sunning it up in Mauritius, our head brewer, Alex, visited a Mauritian tea plantation - lucky man! Anyway, he came home inspired to add a splash of Bergamot and Vanilla to a classic Belgian Saison, enhancing its fruitiness with a fun twist! So, this is his take on a Belgian Classic. Enjoy!
