Nàdar Gooseberry is a wild ale from Origins Brewing, characterized by its blend of barrel-aged spontaneously fermented wild ales that are finished on whole Scottish gooseberries. The beer features earthy and floral gooseberry notes with a tart finish due to the use of Brettanomyces yeast.
