Wilful Beer - Cascadian

Malt and hops collide in this old school Cascadian Dark Ale. It pours a jet black colour mainly thanks to the use of Weyermann Carafa Special III malt. Hops used are American stalwarts, Crystal, Centennial, CTZ & Cascade. These provide classic flavours of grapefruit pith, evergreen & some background notes of mint/anise.
