Wilful Beer - Fructus

Mosaic & Citra hopped hazy pale ale. We brew ours without any flaked adjunct, low amounts of Calcium Chloride and we make sure to ensure that it finishes dry.

There's enough overly sweet, chalky, thick hazy pale ales already out there. We don't have any interest in brewing those types of beers here at Wilful
