Bewdley Brewery - Malt Madness

Matured in Bourbon/Scotch Whiskey Casks for 6 weeks, A very smooth beer with underlying smokey/peaty flavours and a small hint of whiskey.

Malt Madness has been brewed at 7.4% abv for sweetness, strength and taste to take on the hint of Teachers Whisky from the oak whisky casks that it has spent six weeks conditioning in. The casks originated from the Jim Beam distillery in Kentucky USA and subsequently shipped to Ardmore Distillery in Scotland for use in maturing the Teachers brand.
