Harrogate Brewing Co - Baby Iris

We’ve added a very special beer to our Happy Town range to mark a very special birth…
 
This January we proudly added another member to our HBCo family! Iris June McCarthy was born 29th January 2021, weighing just 4 lb 14 oz.
 
Iris’ dad Liam is our resident brewer and her mum Ellie is the daughter of the two owners so it didn’t take long to come up with the idea of a celebratory beer to mark the birth!
 
So that’s how our IRIS 6.3% was born – a double dry hopped NEIPA using galaxy, mosaic and azacca hops, boasting fruity flavour and tropical aromas.
