American style beer characterized by its higher hop content and malt richness compared to a standard IPA, resulting in this fuller, more complex flavour profile with caramel / toasted notes. The brewing process is more intensive, taking us twice as long, to achieve the elevated alcohol content and layered flavours that we require from this popular beer.
