Origins Brewing - Nadar Blackcurrant

A blend of a rye saison and a barrel aged saison, finished on 60kg of whole Scottish blackcurrants.
Crisp, vibrant acidity with zippy blackcurrant character. Underlying hints of rustic farmhouse brettanomyces and touches of oak.
