Salt Brewery - IKAT

The Indonesian craft of tie-dyeing yarn before it’s woven. Double Ikat, some what unsurprisingly, involves dying and weaving two yarns, the fabrics from which are the most intricate and highly prized of all.
 
Which leads us nicely on to our namesake; a double dry hopped, double IPA; with an intense tropical fruit and citrus hop aroma. Full-bodied and intertwined with tropical character, expect a little guava, mango, passion fruit and lychee followed by more mellow honey notes for a smooth but surprisingly bold finish.
