St Ives Brewery - Destination Dipa

We've push the limited of the Indian Pale Ale in this hazy, golden-yellow Double IPA. At 8% ABV, it delivers a powerful yet balanced experience.
 
This beer is brewed with a quadruple hop combination of Galaxy, Citra, Amarillo, and HBC 630, each contributing distinct layers of flavour. Expect a juicy explosion of tropical and stone fruits, with a sticky, thick mouthfeel and a sensible bittering finish that ties it all together. The aroma is complex and fruity, while the taste offers a long-lasting citrusy bitterness that lingers beautifully.
