Inspired by the New England Pale Ale style but brewed without the haze, Cowboy is a bright, premium golden ale packed with personality. A blend of American hops delivers a bold fresh fruit salad aroma, while a touch of sweet malt provides balance. On the palate, you’ll find a juicy cocktail of fruit flavours, with a rising hop bitterness that builds toward a clean, satisfying finish.
