Utopian Brewery - Doppelbock

This beer is inspired by the decadent strong lagers which German monks have been brewing for centuries you stave off hunger during fasting time. Our Doppelbock had a luxurious body, a complex aroma of bread crust and dark fruits and a warming finish.

Brewed with a double decoction mash, and lagered for ten weeks to allow all the wonderful flavours to fully develop.
